Penfield is a terrific community in Havertown with easy proximity to the R-100 and Brookline shopping district.

FIRST ANSWER

Discrimination laws do not allow agents to address such questions. If you want to know what a neighborhood is like I always suggest to my clients they spend some time there. Take a walk and meet some neighbors. Try a few different times of the day and you'll get a good idea of the area. Good luck.
