FIRST ANSWER

Please explain "recent assessments". The most recent county assessments were done in March of 2009. You may obtain this data from the Cleveland County Assessors website. If you would like a general average for the area, please email me or call through my site below. From there I will send you a "Realist" data package, showing average assessments for the entire community.

I have represented a majority of sales for a neighboring community, Cobblestone West, for more than three years now. Best of Luck!
