FIRST ANSWER
Peggy, I can't say why no one's moved in yet, but this home did indeed close on 12/1/08. The county tax records show the deed was recorded the next day on 12/2/08. Information about the buyers is confidential, but I can tell you that those same tax records also show an out-of-state address for them rather than the Westwood address. Hope this helps!
