I would just go ahead and get it done. I would feel much more confident buying a house with the repairs done rather then just the paperwork. I would look some up online. I'm sure there are plenty of contractors that will do a foundation repair. You'll want to find an experienced and trusted company. I like Calvin's suggestion about searching online. There is no shortage of residential foundation repair companies. You should be able to find reviews for all the local options. After you have a few candidates, call them for estimates. Most contractors don't have a problem with giving free quotes.
