You can certainly purchase a home with those credit scores. After 30 years as a mortgage loan officer, I still ask the same first question of every buyer: "How much of a house payment will you be comfortable with?" Even though my computer underwriting program might qualify you for a higher amount, I want to make sure you aren't urged to purchase more than you will be comfortable in. Please contact me at 210-842-4185 for a personal, and confidential, consultation.

Take care,

That's easy as pie! You really only needed a 620.

Step 1: get pre-qualified. I always recommend a local lender for a lot of reasons.. but the one I work with has been handing out the lowest interest rates in the State for 15 years in a row, and she is very aggressive :) Start here: http://www.DHIMortgage.com/Kasey-Hampton - quick, easy and free. She will tell you how much you qualify for, what programs you can use, and how much you will need out of pocket.

Step 2 - I'll pull you a detailed list of all the homes out there that fit what you are looking for and e-mail them right to you.

Easy as pie! :)
