Thanks, Christine. I have gone and seen the property and am about to sign the contract. I want to get opinions of the people who know of the area, complex around 38th street/jfk blvd and how do they think the property might fare in next 5 yrs or so?

I'm not personally familiar with Hudson County, however, I tried doing a search with Google for "Park City Arms Union City NJ" and the community listings came up. Some "For Sale" ads showed up in the search results (homes.com, craigslist, sell.com classifieds). After skimming through most of the ads, it looks like the homes are priced in the low to mid $300's.
