If you are asking if DPA is available. There are USDA programs that are available in "rural" areas these are any towns that were under 10k people in 2000. Also any area unincorporated by a city.
Also if you qualify for the $8000 tax credit there are programs available that will allow you to monetize the credit to be used for DP and closing cost.
