I checked out the link you referenced. That link directs you to more information at another site, but the link does not work. From the message I got, it appears to be an MLS link for the property.
If the home is on MLS, the information you are requesting is readily available. Have you checked other sites? I checked two (FrontDoor.com and Realtor.com) and don't see it listed there.
This house is listed on the MLS as a pending sale. It has been in foreclosure twice since it was built in 2003. For appliances, it lists only a dishwasher and a disposal. (One of the dangers with foreclosure properties is that the owners will sometimes strip the home of anything of value like appliances or otherwise trash the property before turning it over to the lender's trustee.)
I recommend you work with a realtor. I'll be happy to talk with you and answer questions for you.
A realtor will want you to get preapproved for a mortgage before showing you houses. Most experienced realtors have learned through experience to only put their time and their gas money into working with folks who are serious about buying or sell.
