it is a wonderful development. full disclosure, we live here.
there are/were some issues with the developer (like many neighborhood these days). but it is still growing and has beautiful homes and great neighbors. the new developer is working on Phase 2. nice and quiet.
The bank partnered with a developer and they are going to sell remaining lots at a discount. Prepare to watch your home values decline.
