does anybody have an idea of what the after repaired value would be for this area of phoenix?

It sounds like you may be looking for a CMA, Comparative Market Analysis, from an agent in that area who could pull comps from homes that have been similarly repaired and updated around the home in question whether those are homes to rent or to sell.

If you are trying to determine whether a house is a viable flip in an area for investment, again, you need to work with a real estate agent that can really guide you properly. Market value in Phoenix is very dependent on location and can comparable homes for ARV can vary dramatically depending on the subdivision.

If you would be more specific, I could give you a better answer. Looking at Craig's List can be helpful when evaluating rental potential as many rentals properties are not listed in MLS.

What exact area are you referring to and is there a certain property. The question is very vague and difficult to come up with an answer without details
