You do not need a realtor's license, but there are a few important things to know. Are you a board member, owner or just looking to managing one? Email me or call and I can save you a lot of time where to look for more info.

I'm a Realtor and a Board member of my HOA.

You do not need a realtor's license to manage a home owner association. The board of the HOA is usually elected by the members of the community. Anyone can become a Board member as long as you are elected. You can find more information on the California website: http://oag.ca.gov/consumers/general/homeowner_assn

Thank you,
