do you know anyone that would hold the contract, lease/buy option?
I have a section 8 voucher. i would like to know if anyone would hold a contract using my housing voucher lease/buy option, save the rent except for taxes, etc. and use the rent for down payment. 2/3of my rent is paid by the housing. i am 58 year old woman, single, non-smoker, college student, grad, want to move to beach, or close to , tillamook;garibaldi;rockaway beach; manzanita oregon. thank-you sandra Lee
You need to talk to a lender that can give you your answer. You cannot just get credit anymore that you paid for rent to be credited to your down payment. All low down payment loans are changing Oct. 1, 2008. Seller assisted down payments will be going away. Get to a lender quick and get these questions answered now. Don't get into something that you cannot get out of in a rental agreement. Good luck,
