Video tours are nice, but in any price range spread up to $50,000 within any one town there are not actually that many homes for sale. Video tours are nice, but when you are really ready to purchase within the next couple of months then it's time to get into homes and actually see them in person. It costs nothing, and there is no commitment, to schedule a tour to see a bunch of homes within your price range. You also get some much needed advice on the current market and the home buying process. If you are interested, let me know. Thanks and good luck, Mark
Some agents provide video tours, others do not.
Some websites allow video tours to be included, some do not.
The folowing listing DOES contain a video tour. Select the 'virtual tour' link in the photos section.
The video tour you should see is identical to:
Scotsdale Bluffs Video Tour.
If it does not connect or link in Trulia, it is not because the agent did not provide the tour and may be indictive that Trula or Listhub is substituing a pictorial 'slide show' in place of the video tour. Agents do not have full control regarding what appears on Trulia.
