No, but being a member of the Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors has its privileges though. It gives you access to the multiple listing association and a tremendous inside track as to what is happpening in the local market, But it is not a legal requirment that you as a licensed real estate associate be a member of any local association.

NO, but if you want to access the ML system you must be a member of BNAR and the NYS Realty Information System (or MLS).
