Hello Alison. As a Realtor, I am able to search a specific area, and price range, and search for those propertys designated by the listing agent as Fix/up/TLC. This of course would be a free service to you as a buyer. This information can even be automatically emailed to you directly from the Multiple Listing Service and updated as new properties become available or change in price. Please feel free to call me and I would be happy to assist you. Don Bradbury, Realtor. 215-536-6777 x 329http:// www.bradburyteam.com

Alison, what area of the world are you interested in? There are fixer uppers from here to China and back. I think you need to be more specific?
