Allison, Is there any reason you picked just one zip code? You might want to look at more than one area so you can get the best deal . There are fixer uppers in all townships. Do you want to be close to our job? Ther is good public transportation in some parts . If you want to start your search on the internet you can do a map-based search on my web site and if you log in you will get detailed information of homes. You might want to consider how you are going to finance it if it needs a lot of work Talk to a loan officer and ask about it.
I will be glad to guide you.

Hello Alison. As a Realtor, I am able to search a specific area, and price range, and search for those propertys designated by the listing agent as Fix/up/TLC. This of course would be a free service to you as a buyer. This information can even be automatically emailed to you directly from the Multiple Listing Service and updated as new properties become available or change in price. Please feel free to call me and I would be happy to assist you. Don Bradbury, Realtor. 215-536-6777 x 329 http://www.bradburyteam.com

Alison, what area of the world are you interested in? There are fixer uppers from here to China and back. I think you need to be more specific?
