You may find this website helpful. It is linked directly to the South Jersey Shore Regional MLS and so all information is immediate from the time the Realtor has entered it into the MLS system. You may search Ocean City NJ homes and surrounding areas freely hear: http://www.OCNJMLS.com

Good luck and let me know if I can help you in anyway.

New and price adjusted listings are posted instantly, at anytime of the day, the moment the listing agent enters the information in the MLS System. The information is then obtained by the various realty websites, such as TRULIA, and is posted on the websites, again at any moment of the day,
no specific time.
Feel free to contact me regarding any questions you may have about Jersey Shore Real Estate.

Not all of the Sale listings are on Trulia. Think of Trulia as an online Newspaper where Agents and Companies submit the listings as ads, not all of the Listings are current and the information can sometimes be outdated. Let me know what criteria you need in a search and I can set you up with the Data Feed we as Agents receive from the MLS, It is updated immediatly. It is a fast paced business with may info sources that are inaccurate and misleading. Feel free to contact me directly 609-602-2303. I look forward to helping you.

Trulia is a great site however it does take sometimes 24-48 hours for new listings, price reductions, etc. to be posted on Trulia. Much of the data here is through feeds so it takes a while to e updated on this site once its updated at the original source for the information.

Honestly, if you are interested in receiving new listings and/or price reductions as soon as they hit the market, your best bet is to get in touch with a local real estate agent who will be able to send you updates of the market as soon as they are changed in the multiple listing service which is actually the source for the most current information. There's no reason for you to chase sites like Trulia for what's newly listed or recently reduced in price when a local agent has that info instantly at their fingertips. Waiting for public sites can put you days behind other buyers who are using local agents to find their home.

Good luck.

Hello Jim,
Once new listings and price changes are performed on the various MLS systems then it takes Trulia about 24-48 hours to reflect those changes or additions through the feeds into their site.

Real estate agents have the capability of making changes and posting their new listings here on the Trulia site as well. Sometimes it does take Trulia 24 hours to reflect those postings too.

Our MLS system allows us to enter new listings and changes live so it constantly updates. You can register on our website at http://www.thepresnallgroup.com and put in a narrowed down criteria and it will email you everyday when a new or reduced listing hits that is a match, rather than getting bombarded with info that is not relative to you. Our customers love it because they sign in whenever the want and the info is there for them at their convenience as well as we give our clients a heads up on any new listings out of our office before they go in the MLS. If your schedule is crazy we can register you through a simple phone call at your convenience. Please feel free to check out our testimonials and qualifications, we would be happy to be your choice Realtor at the shore!
