In Arizona we have a form that is used for the Buyer to request repairs of the Seller. On occasion this form does become part of the contract if repairs are required by the lender to fund the loan. This is particularly true if it is a VA or FHA Loan.
For the most part, the Inspection Report itself is never seen by the Lender.
Its very unusual that a lender would ask to see a home inspection report. Typically, they order an appraisal of the home and that is all that is needed. Home inspections are optional at the buyers request and not needed for the underwritting process.
