Hopefully your agent (you do have an agent, don't you?) who has been looking out for your best interest all along can work this out with the seller's agent. Or, you can immediately go the attorney route for advice & to reach a resolve that you can live with.
I would recommend contacting a local real estate attorney for advice.
If you do not have one already, contact the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches (RAPB).

Stop and think before you hurt the Listing Agent or Selling Agent by reporting them. This issue should not be too hard to fix. I know you’re mad and want someone to pay, but you can work thru this.
1. Google search this: FLORIDA REALTOR REBATES and send the results of the search to the Listing Agent and Buyer’s Agent and their Broker
2. Click on this site: http://www.justice.gov/atr/public/real_estate/commission-tab and send this to them
Give them a chance to make things right first. Usually something can be done to make things right without reporting anyone.

Read your contract. Were the appliances included in the purchase price or not?
Good Luck & hope you can get this resolved to your satisfaction.
