did the property at 2636 Arboretum Ln sell?

we are moving to madison and were interested in that property but its not listed anymore. thanks!

That propety did sell. It closed on 1/10/08.

You can also set yourself up (or an agent can set you up) to recieve all new listings that come on the market.

FIRST ANSWER
Yes, the property at 2636 Arboretum Lane did sell in mid-January. It sold as 1 full parcel (just over 1 acre of land) to a single party. Their plan is to upgrade the home and not subdivide the lots as the last owner tried.
