Nutrionalcleansing,

we are not permitted by Fair Housing laws and regualtions to give opinions on the crime rate in neighborhoods or areas. What I may perceive as bad or good you could perceive as the opposite. What i can do is tell you where to go to look up the crime statitisics for an area and make a descsion based on that.

There are a lot of sites that will tell you we can give you the information. However; the best one is the one that supplies it to the others; the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department. There website is http://charmeck.org/city/charlotte/cmpd Then go to the top navigation bar and click on for your safety and then crime mapping and put in the address and you will get the crime stats you need to make an informed descsion about this house.

The best way to find out information about the crime in a community, is to contact the local police department. Unfortunately, as real estate agents, we are limited as to what we can and cannot say about crime, safety, etc.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call or email me!
