Generally no credit is better than bad credit; if you have a sizeable downpayment, utility bills in your name, a history of cancelled rent payment checks, any car insurance cancelled checks, etc., try the bank you currently do business with, any smaller local bank, any credit unions; or consider building your credit now for future buying power...

As the previous post states, buyers have options without paying all cash if they do not have a credit score. If you would like I could put you in touch with a Carrington Mortgage loan officer in California that could help you with your clients needs and help you close more transactions.

Yes, we have a no credit score program for buyers who are in your situation. We will require 10% down and we will need to prove alternative trades. cell phone bill, auto insurance, utilities and or rent payments. Feel free to call and discuss today, but the main thing will be the 10% down and they have to be your own funds (no gifts allowed)

Yes, you can buy a house with no credit history if you are paying cash. If you need to get a mortgage you will need credit history.

We can help any client without a credit history. 10% down will get them qualified.

Yes it is possible if you are paying cash. If you are thinking of financing you will need to establish credit before you can get a loan.

No.............speak to a lender for advice, and start working on your credit

NO, not in a traditional sense - not with an FHA loan - of course anyone can buy with cash, but I was pretty sure you weren't questioning that. Good luck! Do you have a down payment?
