If you're planning on buying a property in Skokie, you should be aware that the seller traditionally supplies one (at their expense) at closing. So unless you absolutely need one in advance of the closing, save your money and let the seller pay for it.

Just call a few and tell them the lot size of the property, and they can tell you how much it will be
approximately. Usually in the purchase of a property the seller is responsible for the survey
unless you are buying a foreclosure etc.... where that is not provided by the selling side.
