Well, that question can only be answered by you, the buyer. Do you have guests that might visit you at any time? How many vehicles would you need to park on the street? What are the parking enforcement laws in that neighborhood? In my neck of the woods, the cars have to be moved twice a week!
At the very least, it's an inconvenience that could...as the years go by...turn into something that you very much dislike. Also, to consider, if you have doubts about buying because of this, if you eventually want to sell..the next buyer will also be concerned.
Is this "condo" very reasonable in price? I'm asking because there are many condo's for sale right now, and I have not found one development that did not include 2-car parking for the home owners.
