condo sales in Eastridge Drive SAN RAMON ?
I saw lots of (~100) transactions around Eastridge Dr. in April. All around $340K/700sf. What happened?
Anyway, it's a good news from local realtor, those transactoin substantially increase sales' number & price per square feet.

Hi, I'm wondering too. If that's auction, then, somebody was willing to pay for $330K for a condo of 750 sq ft. Does that mean that they were able to auction 100 houses successfully?
If so, how much was supposed the original price? Thanx. Sat May 10 2008, 04:22

Good Morning Tom,
It was an auction that took place, there were a bunch of these that did not sell for a long time so the builder came out and had an auction done to finish off his inventory. Fri May 9 2008, 10:05
