condo o coop??? 21-05 is there any $$$ do to any one you know, management, liens, etc.

Before entering into contract your attorney should review building's financials, all other related documentation, etc., therefore ask him/her the question....

I assume your talking about 21-05 33rd St. Astoria. It's a co-op. It's a foreclosure so all liens should be paid. They are asking $149,900 with monthly maintenance of $529.89. Your lawyer would be the one to do due diligence on the co-op to find out it's financial stability etc.. The co-op is 3E and has one bedroom & one bathroom. It was originally listed at $189,900 on 04/29/12 then lowered to $164,900 and now at $149,900. Please feel free to contact me if you would like further information or to arrange a viewing.
