if you are looking on such sites as Realty Trac or foreclosure.com they don't have pictures because they are not listing sites. They publish notices of foreclosure &. default from the public records. most of these properties habve not yet come on the market. When they do foreclose, they will be listed at market value which will be determined at that time.

Pictures of foreclosure homes are posted on the internet because most foreclosures have already been on the market as short sales. Snake oil salesman preying on your desire to get a good deal have tricked you.

Most homes in foreclosure are listed on Trulia, however, they are not listed as Foreclosures or REO’s.

RealtyTrac & ForeclosureRadar.com do not provide pictures because they cannot afford to. These sites republish lists anyone can get from county offices or courts that contain Notices of Default.

RealtyTrac works with Trulia to posting deceptively vague information about foreclosures so that you sign up for their service.
