It's nice to encounter someone that knows the area and has an idea of where they want to invest in Florida property. Heron's Glen is a very desirable golf course community with very reasonable fees and a wonderful list of amenities. Many people here enjoy traveling the community in their golf carts which you can own independently from the club. This is different from most golf course communities where residents are forced to rent a club cart when golfing.
