Yes I offer a few zero down purchase programs. Of course if you are a Veteran as I am, you may qualify for VA no no. If you have a minimum 640 fico score you may qualify for USDA Rural for out of city limit purchase areas or minimum 680 fico score may qualify for CHDAP zero down program.

I specialize in Under 640 Fico Score Loans and offer credit repair at no cost to raise fico scores to qualify. Here are some links to study and consider that I offer from zero down to as low as half percent down payment programs. It only takes a few dozen questions to qualify you in minutes.

Only with a VA loan available only to veterans, these can be no down loans. All others require something down. FHA is the next lowest with under a 4% down payment possible.
