Have your neighbor in mind when when planning this fencing as well. I'm sure you already do, at least in part, since you want to keep your dogs fenced in. This appears to be a condominium. If so, the Rules and Regulations or the Bylaws and Declaration will provide this answer for you. If it is not addressed there you may ask the association if this is possible. Sometimes associations do not want fencing because the landscaper would have to work around such an obstruction.
