I encourage this aggressive strategy, because if you are ready and willing to close they can kick out the other when a better or more desire able offer comes along. Please contact me and I will help you accomplish your purchase!

Sure....be glad to help you with that.

KO normally gives the first buyer a chance to remove their contingency. If they can't or don't want to, you're the next in line to buy.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, just depends on the situation, but if you really really like a special house, it's worth a shot.

We can get it done on Tuesday if you are ready or call me tonight.

Yes you can. I would talk to your local Real Estate Expert to see if the Seller is willing to take other offers. The seller has the option to look at other offers and could be willing to Kick Out the offer that he has if he deems it is a better offer.

You can make an offer on anything you want but if the property is already under contract don't get your hopes up too high. Your best bet is to look at homes that are available.
