Swati Korde: You can get a listing of all kinds of houses from any of the Realtors in the area. Some will be in your price range.
However, having said that, Princeton Junction is not a real town! It is a "place name" around the railroad station (Hence Princeton JUNCTION.) The incorporated municipality is West Windsor. Princeton Junction has no definite limits but West Windsor does. Now, knowing this and knowing that there are many communities, some municipalities, some just old place names (Clarksville is now just a road name that leads to Princeton Junction, you can no longer find the place without a guide such as myself, who was around when vestiges still existed.)
The point of my little geography lesson is that, unless you insist on walking to the station, there are a host of lovely nearby areas in which to live.
My advice: Establish a relationship with a good Realtor and begin to look at the area. To many of us, it is the best place to live in the world. The old song that goes "despite of all temptations to belong to other nations...” is well exemplified here. There are scads of people like myself, who have lived here all our lives and scads more that have joined us and now feel the same way. Take time to look over the whole area and discover the "just right" home for you
