I don't have a recomendation for you, but I do have a quick checklist for what to look for in a good property management company.
Ask these questions:
What is the level of Tenant Screening - Credit/Eviction/Felony Checks, Income Verification, Rental References
How thorough are the property inspections
What are the protocols for Security deposit collection and rent collection
Do they have professional bookeeping (Tenant Pro)
What do the statements look like and are they easy to understand
Can you expect year-end closing statements (1099's)
Who handles the maintenance and repairs
What are the revenue streams for the agency (how they make money)
Do they belong to local and national organizations.
