did it sell? i dont see it listed. what were they asking? notice it backs up agains the tracks. i also notice this questioner has been bad mouthing it elsewhere and claims to live there. odd.
Its about the LAND more than it is about the structure. If you can rent the units while you make plans to tear down and build...that's ideal. For an R4 lot in Lincoln Park its worth every penny of their asking price (habitable or not). No wonder so many people are coming out for a look.
