Absolutely you can purchase a home in Florida! I work a lot with investors from UK and I would be happy to assist you. Please kindly contact me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
All real estate services for buyers are free and I can also help with financing if needed.
We also have banks that are very willing to work with foreign nationals if they need home loans.
There are no additional taxes that you will have to pay when you purchase a home in Florida. Just be prepared to pay annual real estate taxes to the county that typically amount to around 2% or so of what you paid to purchase the property.
These are the same taxes a U.S. citizen would pay.

Yes of course!
The wonderful thing about Florida is our weather and people from all over the world own property here. In fact many people from colder climates here in the US also enjoy having a property here in Florida and we lovingly refer to them as snowbirds.
Some have second homes, vacation homes, investment property, move and/or plan to retire here.
Please let me know if you would like further more detailed information.

Yes, foreign nationals can buy property in Florida as well as in the United States. There are financing restrictions and requirements that differ from state to state, unless of course you are purchasing with all cash. Selling the property can be tricky if you are not residing in the property or in the US as FIRPTA rules and withholdings will apply. See http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/International-Taxpayers/FIRPT
As for purchasing in the states, here is a good website to read up on: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/overseas-property/USA-guide.html
If you have any other Real Estate needs or are looking for a local agent, I would be more than happy to assist you.
Sure Why not.
If you don't want to pay cash, there are mortgages for foreign nationals like yourself.
Every lender has different financing programs.
Feel free to contact me if you need anything.

Yes, of course we welcome a British buyer.
You may want to either pay cash for the property or secure financing as a foreign buyers, but other than that the process is the same.
