Fred Eckert- Chicago Title should be able to give you the best answer. Normally, I see disbursement, the day of closing or if it records special the next day. Were you going to pick up your package which would include your check and HUD 1 statement or was it being mailed to you?

When did the escrow company say they would have the ck ready? Typically it's 2-3 days after close of escrow.

It is the title company that is the problem. Maybe another title company will be able to tell me how they are supposed to operate.

I may stand to be corrected not more than 30 not less than 3 days. Contact a title company in your state to receive the accurate info.
