Just be sure you read and understand the bank's purchase addendum. It will include different timeframes and conditions from the normal purchase contract.

The important thing to remember about buying a foreclosure is to do your own homework. Banks are not subject to the same disclosure laws as homeowners so be sure to do your inspections and expect to purchase the property "as is".

You are buying a bank owned home from Wells, is there a question about buying a home owned by the bank? It really does not matter that it was foreclosed in the past, it is now bank owned. What's the question?
