Do real estate agents generally answer your questions unbiased and give you clear information or do you feel as though they are trying to get you to conform to their way of doing things to make their job easier?

Carisa, I have bought as many houses as I have sold since I became an agent several years ago. When I buy in another area which I continue to do, I rely upon local agents because I don't know their community. I never have had that feeling. I am sure some agents do what you are suggesting; the good thing is they generally don't last long in the profession. Referrals build most of our business, as you well know.
