In California, there is no such thing:
You have to become a Realtor, courses, tests, fees and all.
Serve 4 years, taking more tests.
Take the BROKER's Test and pass.
Many have come; many have failed.

Hello,

To become a broker, you either have to have a bachelor degree or two years experience as a full time real estate agent. Try the link below, it's a great school, I passed the real estate agent state exam the first time.

There's no question here...I'm cracking up about the responses below! Broker crash courses are online.

I believe you are asking about an intensive, in-person course just prior to the broker exam to help prepare. I didn't take one of those so I can't comment, but I will tell you that the broker exam is MUCH harder than the salesperson exam. And in my opinion the best way to take the actual test is this:

Answer all questions you are quickly sure of the answer on the first pass and skip over everything else
On the second pass answer the ones you are able to reason out
On the third pass guess at the ones you have no idea
Take one last run through them all

If you get to hung up on wrestling with tough answers you'll likely get sidetracked

If you want to know if there is one, there is. We recommend that you use Google to find one that works for you.
