On the prices? The key is to be very aggressive on the search and price. Most of the best deals will be foreclosures in the current market and the prices are literally all over the board. If you have a Realtor make sure they are aggressive and consistent on the search with daily updates. When buying you need to aggressive when it's time to offer on the good deals because they sell surprisingly fast.

Venice is a great place in Sarasota County Florida to live . With that being said be prepared for
the inventory of homes to decline as the snow birds from up north come down and while some rent many look for homes and buy. Then there is the friends that come down here to visit and they also start looking and buying.This happens all winter season.
