I recommend Kenny (below) who specializes in Oak Lawn/Turtle Creek and would know more about the area than most of us. Regardless of who you choose to represent you, you need an experienced Realtor so you don't make an unwise decision. The seller pays the commission, so it's free to you to have the protection and representation.

Find an agent to help in your search. Definitely get a home inspection on any property you are thinking of buying - including condos.

Avondale Gardens like many property's in Oaklawn are older and have issues. Pick a good Realtor who is familiar with that area and get a good unit.

Sunday Wright has been managing the property...I assume she is still there. Drop her a line or give them a call (Premier Communities) and you should be able to get an idea where they are with the special assessments her email address is sunday.wright at premiercommunities dot net...hopefully she won't get spammed by be typing it that way.

Once she gives you the go ahead, give me a call...You have questions? I have answers!

Hi there,

Do you have a specific units you are interested in? If so, I would be more than happy to get the condo financial and talk to the management. This way you don't have to worry about future assessments that will cost you!
