attending PCO in Elkins Park in the fall and am contemplating buying a condo instead of apt rental where and

if any condos do you recommend for a grad student in/near Elkins Park?

Hi Nic,
We are selling our condo (2 bedroom 2 bath) located in Amber, PA. It's the perfect place for a grad student. Maybe 20 minutes or so from Elkins Park. It's a great area in Montgomery County and a perfect location for easy access to the PA Turnpike, 309 expressway and the Ambler train station. The condo is located in a quiet and safe community called The Meadows of Lower Gwynedd and is in move in condition with many upgrades. The MLS # is 5331558 if you want to get more details.
