The 2 "0 down" payment programs are USDA and VA. There is FHA that is only 3.5% down. Your bets bet is to meet with a local and trusted loan officer who can pre-qualify you at no cost. If you need assistance with buying, please contact me.

Hi

There are only two zero down programs left. The first is for veterans and the second is offered by the USDA for borrowers who do not exceed the income limits and are purchasing in certain towns. Please give me a call and I can give you more information on thses programs.

Hello NJW

Best bet is call a loan officer on both of your questions. I do have one I use often if you would like his contact info please contact me.

Let me know if there is anything I can help you with.
