Hi Gregory:
I showed that property on Los Robles this week. It is located in the central part if Tucson & not in a retirement area. It needs a little fixing up. For the same money, we can find you a better house.

Call or email me with the particulars of what you are looking for. I would love to help you find the perfect house for you.

Gregory-
Please provide your email address, as that would be the best way for me to send you prospective listings. Tucson is a very expansive city. Do you know what part of town your grandson lives in? It would be nice to narrow the search to somewhere close enough to him that you are not having to drive far.

I really look forward to working with you. My email address is above. Talk to you soon!

There appears to be a handful of mobile home bank repo's in the area: http://www.mhbo.com/search/mobile-homes/tucson-az

No, there are not many mobile homes close to Los Robles. There are a few, as Tucson does have many areas with mixed housing. The majority are single family residences. It is a Central location close to bus lines and shopping within minutes. This is not considered a retirement community. It is close to UMC and U of A.
Thank you for the great questions. Feel free to ask more. maybe I could help you find something closer to your criteria.

Hi Greg :-)

This area is North of Grant Rd and East of Alvernon Way in the City of Tucson, and there are many single family residences and some townhomes, with some rental condos here. Not too many manufactured homes at all, and there may be some retirees, but it is not really known as a retirement area.

If you wish to call me ore email me with your ideal criteria, I would be happy to guide you into the area you like. I am at your service :-)

Thank you,

Hello Gregory,

I have actually shown this house before, has been on the market for over 500 days! It needs some work and believe we can find you another property in your price range. When you have time, please click on my link to read more about me, including reviews written by past clients. I helped 5 buyers the past month, all from out of state, just like you find & buy homes here in Tucson, AZ.

There are not a lot of mobile homes in the middle of Tucson, like where this property is located. It is not a "retirement area" but there are adult communities in Tucson, AZ.

Give me a call and happy to review your questions, go over your search criteria, and send you a list of properties that meet your criteria.

Best of luck.

No mobile homes. The closest shopping is about 5 min by car, and NO, this home is not 55+. Are you looking for a home that is? I'm thrilled to help. Raina Shaw 520-940-4374

Yes there are some very nice manufactured homes near Kinney & Ajo Rds in west Tucson and also near Houghton and the freeway I-10 in southeast Tucson, specifically for 55+ communities.

This is a fantastic area to live in, as far as location goes. There is shopping all around you for just about anything that you're looking for. There are not too many mobile homes in this area, either. People do retire here, like anywhere else, but it's not a "retirement destination"

Give me a call so we can talk about more of what you're looking for!
