Yes...Villas of Cottonwood Creek has some, but none currently for sale.
Emerald Valley has some....we'd need to check inventory.
Positano has some.
Some in La Villita have a bedroom down, but not master.
Sumeer has some...just have to check inventory.
Same with Hemingway.
Hemingway and VCC are not in Las Colinas, but in the area.
Same with Sumeer.
There are a few other places depending on your price range and what other features you want.

Yes, there are townhomes in Las Colinas w/ the master suite on the first floor! It really all depends on your price range. What price range are you needing to stay within? How many bdrms/bths & sq footage are you needing?

I personally specialize in the sales of brand new homes in DFW! After searching through available inventory, I found 3 townhomes around $200K that have the master on the 1st floor. I would be more than happy to email those to you!

Kim is correct. There are a few (very few) townhomes with the master bedroom on the first floor. However, it really depends on the price range your comfortable with. If you're looking for something less than $150K, your're basically out of luck. If you're looking in the mid to low $200Ks, there are a couple of options.
