Yes there are. I see you have already received answers to your question. I am a Certified Buyer's Agent for foreclosed properties. I was showing foreclosures in Sun City and Sun City Shadow HIlls a few days ago. The buyers felt the values in Shadow Hills were superior because so many "upgrades" were included in the models.
