FIRST ANSWER
You betcha. Median price for s single family home on Tahoe East Shore dropped 37% in the first half of 2008 to $625,000 down from $992,500 for the same period last year. The average price dropped 52% (but this figure can be skewed by outlying high or low priced sales). Condos dropped 12% down to $327,000 median price.
