FIRST ANSWER
Yes, owner terms are available on some of the homes in our area. Depending on what you have in mind, and the price range that works best for you, the down payment requirements will vary (maybe 5%, maybe not). Be prepared to show the ability to provide a fair amount down, and attractive terms for the prospective home sellers as there is a certain risk to carrying the note for the property that they will want to offset.
