We Can Finance that Condo!

First Independence Bank has some great niche (portfolio) products including our non-warrantable condo program: http://bit.ly/VhiJ4H

If the complex is deemed unwarrantable there is nothing you can do. You need to be looking at condos complexes that are warrantable/mortgageable. This is the importance of working with a buyers agent that will guide you through this process.
