anyone had any bad experiences with either DiVosta (Pulte) and/or Engle home builders--my husband and i are?

I particularly like the construction techniques used by DiVosta and my clients have been pleased with their homes and their customer service after the purchase.

Loretta,

My partner set the all time record for homes sales with Pulte in 2004 (176 homes sold in 1 year) and has a vast knowledge of the builder and other builders in the area. Please contact me with any questions you might have and I will get him on the phone with you. I have sold several homes/condos built by both Pulte and Engle and they do a good job and excellent follow up after the home is sold.

If you look long and hard enough, you can dig up "dirty laundry" on most anyone. But the fact remains, these companies are long time established entities that have pleased scores of people over the years. They have earned their stripes........

Here in Sarasota, I've not heard of any major problems. Pulte / Divosta seem to get the job done well. Sorry you are having a problem. Their are a few other builders and home owners having problems.

Hello Loretta

Pulte is one of the biggest residential homebuilders in our area and have several successful projects going back over 15 years.

While a builders good reputation may not always help an individual problem, there should be some peace of mind that the have been stable for a very long time.

I have not had any trouble with either builder...are you working with an agent? What type of trouble are you having...if I knew that perhaps I can be of some help...email me directly your problem and I will see if I can be of more help.
